Who can track my employees?

Your company admin is the only user with access to insights regarding your employees.

How can I see the results of the different teams?

All of your results and insights are displayed on a simple-to-use and intuitive dashboard.

Does the Vee platform support PC and Mac computers?

Yes, the Vee platform supports both PCs and Macs.

Can I use the Vee app from an Android or IOS device?

Yes, you can download the app for free from the App Store or Google Play.

Is an Internet connection required to use Vee’s platform?

Vee’s system is a real-time web-based system. All of the data is stored in the cloud and updated on an ongoing basis. For this reason, an internet connection will be required on any device you choose to access it from – smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop.

How can my employee see the changes that I make?

Every change you make on the Vee Dashboard or App, is updated automatically. Your employees will be notified accordingly, in real-time.

Can I add more company admins to my account?

No, this version of Vee only supports one admin per company. Stay tuned - we are working on updating this feature.

Can I share my subscription with other people?

No, your subscription is designed for your company. We make every effort to give you the best and most personalized management experience, and strive to keep it that way. The terms and conditions of Vee Volunteering Ltd. are clear that subscriptions are not transferable. If somebody you know is showing interest in our platform, you are more than welcome to encourage them to join us and become a social hero too.

How do I make sure I have the latest version of Vee?

Vee updates happen automatically, so you are always up to date.

How long does it take to download Vee to my computer?

Vee is a web-based platform and does not require you to download or install anything to your computer.

Does Vee integrate with 3rd party apps?

Not right now, although we are working on this feature.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, upgrading or downgrading is always available. Vee's plan selection is very flexible, which allows you to fully customize your plan to your needs at any time.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No long-term contract is required! We believe in plans that give you the freedom to change whenever you want to.

What payment methods do you accept?

Vee accepts credit cards and wire transfers.

Will I receive notification from Vee prior to my credit card being charged?

You will not receive a notification from Vee prior to your card being charged. You will receive a confirmation letter after your card has been charged.

How is my subscription charged?

Your credit card will be charged automatically at the end of each billing period.

Can I change my payment method?

Yes, you can easily change your payment method. Contact us anytime and we’ll be glad to assist.

Can I set a group target?

No, you can’t set a group target at the moment. This version of Vee supports personal targets only. Wwe are working on this feature.

Can I sync Vee to my other calendar applications?

No, Vee cannot currently be synced with a 3rd party calendar. This version of Vee offers a unique native calendar, available from within the app. We are working on adding this feature.

Can I schedule reminders inside the Vee app?

Not right now. We are working on this feature.

Why is there no save button? How do I save my changes?

Vee is a cloud database platform, which means that almost all changes are automatically and immediately saved.

How do I share endorsements?

We encourage you to show your appreciation with personalized endorsements, which are available in every volunteer’s profile. With this version of Vee, you can’t share them with the public, but you can always take a screenshot and show off to your friends what a champ you are!

Can I share statistics and insights with a specific employee?

Not right now. We are working on this feature.

Can I send private messages on Vee?

Not right now. We are working on this feature.

How can I backup my data?

Backups occur automatically and all your data is saved in our cloud, according to the Terms of Use.

How do I change my language preferences in Vee?

Your language preferences button is located on the top left side of the screen. Simply click the drop-down box and set the language you wish to use.

How do I update my account information?

To make changes to your user account, simply open your personal details from the main navigation screen by clicking “Settings.”

How can I receive email notifications for in-app updates and employee confirmations?

We don’t currently send email notifications. We are working on this feature.

How do I add/remove people from a group?

Vee is an easy-to-use, intuitive drag-and-drop platform. In the “Groups” interface, simply drag the person you want to the right group.

How do I create a new group?

In the “Groups” interface, press the button “Create a new group”. This will open your contact list, and you can start adding new people to this group.

How can I see the Leader's information?

When you’re looking for a new place to volunteer, we offer you a variety of options that best fit your company and employee preferences. To get more information about each volunteering option, simply click on the volunteer event. On the event page, you can view more information about the activity, the volunteering requirements and any additional info. For more information about the event’s host, click the button "More about the association," which will take you to the Leader’s profile.

Can I change a group admin?

Yes, you can. To do so, go to the “Groups” section from the main Dashboard. From here, you can click on any employee you wish to make group admin, then “Edit” and “Make an admin”.

How do I set up my profile?

At the bottom of your main screen you’ll see a “Profile” button. From there, simply click “My personal info” and then “Edit.” Remember to save!

How can I customize my dashboard in Vee?

At the moment, you can’t make any customizations. In the next version of Vee, the companies using our Superheroes Plan will be able to change their dashboard colors and add their own logo, just like a real superhero!

How do I start a conversation with a certain employee?

The Vee app doesn’t offer messaging capabilities at the moment. We’re working on an in-app chat feature that will be available in the next versions of the app.

How do I extract information and insights regarding my employees?

It is our goal to give you access to all the information you need, in order to improve and maximize your use of our product. At the moment, we’re still developing our algorithm. This feature will be available in the next versions of the app.

How do I pick the Leaders I want my employees to volunteer with?

Above every group, you’ll see a list of recommended activities and events. These activities were chosen by the Vee algorithm based on the preferences of the group’s participants. You can change the suggested activity at any time by simply choosing the Leader or Event you want. As an administrator, you can recommend which cause you want your employees to volunteer for, but remember - Vee’s recommendations are based on your employees’ preferences and are most suited for them.

Is using the Vee platform free for non-profit organizations and social recruiters?

Yes, the Vee platform for non-profit organizations and social recruiters is entirely free - now and forever. At Vee, we care about your cause and aim to give a fair chance to all social initiatives. This way, we can allow more flexibility for our volunteers and offer a variety of different volunteering options, so that everybody is able to find the best fit.

Why should I use the Vee platform?

Vee is not just a platform - it’s a volunteering network. Vee takes your leadership to a higher level of impact by introducing the Recruiters Dashboard: the easiest way to control and manage volunteers in a new and innovative way. Vee’s unique algorithm helps you be exposed to a wider audience of relevant volunteers and to reach and organize mass volunteers of both individuals and corporate employees. Join us to be on the map of Israel’s leading social initiatives.

I sometimes have on-going volunteering initiatives and sometimes one-time events, is the system suited for me?

Yes, the Recruiters Dashboard has different options for different types of volunteering,. tThe interface is easy and convenient to operate, so creating a regular event or a one-time activity can be easily done in a matter of minutes.

If a volunteering activity has been canceled, how do I notify everyone?

Easy - once you hit the “Cancel Event” button on the event page, all the participants will be immediately notified by SMS.

Who do I contact if there is a technical difficulty in operating the Dashboard or interacting with volunteers?

Our team is available for you to contact regarding any problem or concern you may have. Feel free to use our Contact Us page.

Can I correspond with a volunteer? Or get a summary of the volunteering he performed?

At the end of each volunteer activity, there is an option for providing feedback, and the contact info of each volunteer is available for the recruiters hosting the event. We’re working on an in-app chat feature that will be available in the upcoming app updates.

Can I create a permanent list of volunteers for an association in a certain city?

Yes, any list of volunteers made in the past, can be saved and used again.

I have certain criteria for volunteers, can I specify them in the requirements from the volunteers?

Vee’s platform allows you to filter volunteers based on the age and gender of the volunteer. However, you can always provide specific requirements you would like from your volunteers, in the event description.

How can I remove my organization from Vee?

You can delete your account at any time. Send us a message via the Contact Us page and we’ll give you a hand.

Do you provide insurance coverage?

No, we do not cover your insurance. All we do is provide a new and innovative way to accomplish your goals, using our networking and management platform. Simply, we facilitate the interaction between your cause and eager volunteers. From that point on, it’s up to you and your organization’s insurance policies.

Do I have the option to give positive or negative feedback on the volunteer?

At Vee, we hope every volunteer experience will be positive and believe that feedback is one of the best ways to motivate and improve performance. You can give feedback to a volunteer using a special “Thank you” button or provide an open and discreet review. All of this can be done by simply clicking on a volunteer’s profile, in an easy and intuitive way.

I am not a recognized association - can I open a volunteer event / activity?

Yes, it’s our mission to assist you in making an impact. If you have a cause close to your heart - Vee’s platform is here to help you find the right volunteers for you.

Do I have to allow mobile location services to use the Vee app?

No, Vee’s algorithm is based on your preferences, not your exact location.

Is Vee a secured platform?

Yes. All communication done in the platform is encrypted and secured by SSL, and your information is protected by security-sensitive architecture and secure encrypted data transmission.
