When we are doing good for others and the community, we naturally feel accomplished and valued. We take pride in our actions and get a sense of identity and gratitude for our own life. This is a straight-up confidence boost!

And after you practice it for long enough, you can transfer your confidence skills to other life situations. Who wouldn’t love following your purpose after seeing you as a confident, caring person?
